- Exact model-document matrix, report numbers and revision dates.
- Destination-market requirements confirmed by a qualified reviewer.
- Material declarations, labeling and instruction-manual scope.
- Rules for component or firmware changes after approval.
4. Sample, quality and production control
- Sample quantity, approval record and retained reference sample.
- Critical-to-quality dimensions, functions and visual limits.
- Inspection stage, sampling plan, defect classification and retest rule.
- Traceability fields and corrective-action process.
